The Hotel would like to offer an update to the current renovation project. The room renovations are now complete and there is no construction happening in the building at this time. The hoist elevator on the outside of the building that moved the construction of the rooms has been dismantled. The beautiful flower box is going back in place.... There is scaffold on the outside of the building to allow the necessary façade work (pointing) of the building which involves only fastening and securing. The Scaffolding on the 52nd street side of the building will be removed estimated date June 2012 and partially removed 53rd street side in July 2012. 7th Avenue is estimated to be removed mid-2013.
MIAMI SOUTH BEACH, FL:
The Perry South Beach (formerly the Gansevoort Miami Beach Hotel)
The Perry South Beach Hotel will undergo improvements to the exterior facade over the next several months.
The property improvements, commencing on May 29th, 2012, will be restricted to the exterior facade (guest room balcony) and parking garage only. During this time, the Hotel will do its best to minimize disruption of guests stay at the property. No work will be carried out in an occupied guestroom.
The hotel will continue to be fully operational including the food & beverage restaurants and other property outlets.
The following venues will remain open:

• Roof Top Bar
• David Barton Gym
• Amira
• The Café
• Cutler
• Big Drop and Curve
At any given time, only a portion of the exterior facade will be worked on and the timings are:
• Monday - Friday: 8:00AM to 6:00PM
