Biltmore Coral Gables wanted to update on current renovations. Weather permitting, all hotel renovations to include the pool, will be finalized by September 8, 2012.
Sagamore, Miami Beach:

Sagamore Hotel wanted to inform you that their pool needs repair and maintenance starting September 4, 2012 and will re-open on September 8, 2012.
In the meantime both Delano and National have agreed to allow all Sagamore guests to use their pool.
The Perry South Beach (formerly the Gansevoort Miami Beach Hotel):

Under their new ownership that is comprised of Starwood Capital Group, The LeFrak Organization & INVESCO, the Perry South Beach Hotel will undergo improvements to the exterior façade through the end of 2012. During this time, the improvements will be restricted to the exterior façade (guest room balcony) and parking garage only. No work will be carried out inside an occupied guestroom. They will do their best to minimize disruption of guests' stay at the property. Scaffolding will be up in areas around the perimeter of the property and there will be noise disturbances from 8AM-6PM, Monday - Friday. The guest room balconies will also be sealed off during the façade work. There is no work scheduled to take place on Saturdays or Sundays. They will have at least one pool open at all times along with all retail and food and beverage outlets as they go through the improvement process. The hotel will continue to be fully operational including the food & beverage restaurants and other property outlets.

• Big Drop and Curve

The Setai, Miami Beach:

The Setai would like to inform you that commencing Wednesday, September 5th through Wednesday, October 3rd the Pool Bar at The Setai will undergo timely repair, maintenance, and deep cleaning. During this time period, all food and beverage services for the pools and beach will continue to offer a full array of Pool & Beach Bar menu items, with the exception of pizza at the pools. In addition to the pool and beach menu items, their culinary staff is offering, on a complimentary basis, a daily selection of fruit skewers, sorbets, non-alcoholic beverages, oshi bori towels, and refreshing sprays. Thank you for your understanding as they continue to enhance the services and infrastructure for enjoyment.
