March 29th, there will be a general strike in Spain (Huelva). As a result, we are advising our clients as this may affect your travel arrangements.
Abreu Online has a team standing by to deal with any last minute issues caused by this event. We will try our best to waive any possible charges due to last minute cancelation or amendment of your bookings. Please bear in mind that many of our agreements with suppliers are based in pre-payment and non-refundable terms. These terms usually imply that a refund is not likely to be easily achieved but we will try to make our suppliers aware of the nature of this particular event and we are excepting their cooperation.
We advise our clients to contact our Help Desk in order to adjust their travel arrangements as soon you will know that will be necessary. We will not be able to confirm any waiving of charges as result of last minute cancelation or amendment until we have a written confirmation from our suppliers.
Abreu Online will not be held responsible for any charges resulting from cancelations or amendments not requested to our Help Desk.
