Following the strike of Air Traffic Controllers taking place in Portugal on May 17th and 18th, we are prepared to meet the needs of last-minute that this event may cause due to possible delays and / or cancellations involving changes in hotels, Transfers and Services reservations.
Abreu Online has a team standing by to deal with any last minute issues caused by this event. We will try our best to waive any possible charges due to last minute cancelation or amendment of your bookings. Please bear in mind that many of our agreements with suppliers are based in pre-payment and non-refundable terms. These terms usually imply that a refund is not likely to be easily achieved but we will try to make our suppliers aware of the nature of this particular event and we are expecting their cooperation.
We advise our clients to contact our Help Desk in order to adjust their travel arrangements as soon you will know that will be necessary. We will not be able to confirm any waiving of charges as result of last minute cancelation or amendment until we have a written confirmation from our suppliers.
Abreu Online will not be held responsible for any charges resulting from cancelations or amendments not requested to our Help Desk.
