Affinia Manhattan wante to inform of some additional work required on the side entrance of the hotel. This entrance will remain closed until approximately February 10, 2013.
There is no work visible to guests; the entrance is closed off with a mural, working hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5 pm.
The Main entrance of the hotel is on 7th Avenue and is open.   
 
 

Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort and Spa:

Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach wanted to inform you that their Mankota's Pool is undergoing enhancements through December 20, 2012 and will be closed.  The resort features another pool, as well as various spas, which are accessible during the time of the Mankota's enhancement project. 

 
Orlando World Center Marriott:

Orlando World Center Marriott wanted to share additional information concerning their renovations.
• The falls pool (main lagoon-slide pool) should open on December 13, 2012. 
• The original date for the pool to open was November 30, 2012.

The Perry South Beach, Miami Beach:

The Perry South Beach Hotel continues to undergo improvements to the exterior façade through the end of January, 2013.

During this time, the improvements are restricted to the exterior façade (guest room balcony) and parking garage only. No work is been carried out inside an occupied guestroom. They are doing their best to minimize disruption of all guests stay at the property.

Scaffolding is up in areas around the perimeter of the property and there is noise disturbance from 8AM-6PM, Monday - Friday. The guest room balconies are also sealed off during the façade work. There is no work scheduled to take place on Saturdays or Sundays. In addition, as they are a multi-storied building, guests may occasionally see construction worker on the scaffolding or perhaps on the balcony.

They have at least one pool open at all times along with all retail and food and beverage outlets as they go through the improvement process.

The hotel continues to be fully operational including the food & beverage restaurants and other property outlets. The following venues remain open:
• STK

• Roof Top Bar
• David Barton Gym
• The Café
• Big Drop and Curve
Reservations starting October 1 will not be relocated to other hotels, nor will they compensate guests due to the renovation.
