Orlando World Center Marriott has the following updates on their renovation!
Falls Pool (main pool) has reopened along with the pool deck and function lawn.
The surrounding area where the Poolside Bar and Grill as well as the Slide tower and kids play area is still being built out and will open in phases as follows:
• Poolside Bar and Grill is almost completed and they anticipate opening the Poolside Bar and Grill on February 15, 2013.
• The new Children's deck is in the process of being built and they anticipate opening this area on March 21, 2013. The construction is this area will not affect the guest experience.
• Water slide tower with 3 water slides is expected to open on June 15, 2013 - until this opens there will be a fence surrounding the area.
• Siro is now open offering Urban Italian Cuisine! The restaurant is the focal point of the lobby and adds a dynamic culinary experience to the Hotel providing an urban Italian look and feel with a focus on small plate menu items.
Exterior building refurbishment. The building surface will be repaired and repainted. At times while work is being done on the balcony and exterior façade, loud noise will be occurring and will be contained to guest room tower where work is being done. Meeting space will not be affected and certain balconies may be restricted from guest access for the safety of all guests. The current tower where rooms are being refurbished is the East tower overlooking the falls pool which will have restricted balconies and will be the area of focus through March 2013.
Thompson Ocean Drive, Miami Beach:

Thompson Ocean Drive is scheduled to start their renovations April 29, 2013 with an expected completion date of June 30, 2013.
• First phase of renovations: April 29, 2013 - May 19, 2013, they will have between 20 to 60 rooms out of order.
• Second phase of renovations: They will be fully closed May 20, 2013 - June 14, 2013.
While under the first phase of the renovations, they will remain open with some floors out of order. The guests will still be able to enjoy the pool, the beach, and what Miami Beach has to offer!
By July 2013, they expect to have fully renovated the entire hotel, and will have a new branded Thompson Ocean Drive Hotel.
Loews Regency Hotel:

Loews Regency Hotel is currently under a massive renovation and they still do not have the anticipated date for re-opening. The property will be closed for arrivals through December 31, 2013.
Aulani Disney Resort and Spa, Oahu:
- Hawaii
Enhancements have been underway at Aulani Disney Resort and Spa since September 2012, and they would like to take a moment to update you on their progress and schedule.
• Little 'Opihi's, their new beachside food & beverage kiosk, opened in January 2013.
• A new terrace with additional deck space near the 'AMA'AMA Contemporary Island Cooking restaurant is expected to be completed by the end of March 2013.
• Their new merchandise location - Hale Manu - is expected to be completed at the end of April 2013.
• Work on the new pool, splash zone and additional deck space is scheduled for completion in September 2013.
• Their new quick service food location - Café 'Ulu - is set to open in September 2013.
All of their work have been carefully scheduled to minimize impact to your guests; however, they may see and hear work in progress during their stay. Rest assured, they will still have a fun-filled time with their most popular features, including:
• Waikolohe Valley pools/water fun area
• Beach access and activities
• Aunty's Beach House kids' club
• Starlit Hui show
• Other entertainment, including fireside storytelling, outdoor movie nights and visits from Disney Characters
• Laniwai Spa and Fitness Center
• All restaurants

They anticipate the completion of the Aulani expansion project to be by the end of September 2013.
