Booking System Improvements

Abreu online has new developments with the aim of continually improve the booking engine and the website:

 

1. In addition to the search criteria already existing:
    • Country and city 
    • Cidade com autopreenchimento
    • Cidades favoritas

Was added again the possibility of Search by region.

2. Search  with the differentiated occupation  -  Number of adults and number of children is again parte of our system.
 

3. By request from some Latin America customers was added an option that will allow to filter, visualize and manipulate non-refundable rates as well to control rates already with Cancellation Charges.
 

4. Has been improved the website in Russian language.
 

5. The Channel Manager - RateTiger empowered Abreu online customers  the possibility of manipulating:
    • Occupation with children
    • Meal Supplements (BB, HB and FB)
 

6. It´s already possible to set fees differentiated by product. 

The IT Department is currently testing some features that would be available soon in the system:

1. To allow or not to allow the accumulation of early booking Discount (EBD) with special offers.
2. Procedure for cancellations automated by agency.
3. Connection to the integrated CMNet-Brasil.

In order to provide news/improvements in the system and aligned with the strategy to make Abreu online increasingly competitive, is under development:

1. Connection with MicronNexus –Product Rent-a-Car Integrator.
2. Connection with InterMundial – Product “insurance”.
3. Connection with  IberoStar – Hotel Chain.
4. Connection to new Channel Managers as FastBooking, Omnibees, EzYield.
5. Connection to Accor – Acess to hotels -> Ibis, Mercure, Novotel, Sofitel… among others.
6. Connection to Enett -> Payment access via Virtual Credit Card.
7. Connection to Disney -> Direct connection to hotels and tickets for Walt Disney World.

Note: Abreu online will contact soon all the departments to Schedule training in order to show in detail all the developments.
