Representatives of marketing, product, sales and operations departments, from Portugal and Brazil, were invited to an WDW International Agent Education Program, in Florida, during August 05 -13th.
Also took advantage of the occasion to meet other parks in Orlando with whom we collaborate.

"... after an 8h30 flight, 2 hours in the queue for passport control in Miami and 4h bus we arrived to Orlando.
A fantastic destination that absorbs us and fills the senses with color, sound, joy and carries us to a state of relaxation, as few destinations in the world can.
Orlando is fun but with quality, refinement and elevation, clearly differentiating itself from other American cities.
The hotel offer is fantastic, with a positioning and different themes in each unit, but managing to cover a public economically differentiated. We have from the economic to luxury hotel, but even in the lower category, not surprisingly, they always pay attention to details.
Being the 1st time i visited the US, what surprised me most was the sympathy, kindness and friendliness of the people.

"Orlando is a pleasant surprise, providing entry into a fantasy world, filled with emotion. The visits to the theme parks of Disney World, Sea World and Universal Orlando Resort were very interesting and useful, in terms of learning the concepts and particularities that characterize each of the sites, allowing to have a true knowledge of the products, and learn how to "sell emotions" to the customer.
