Dear Partner,
Abreu online would like to ask all our clients to cancel, before check-in, all reservations that will not be used, regardless of a waiver request.
You will bear the responsibility of cancelling any reservation before the client gets into their destination. By the non-cancellation in advance of the date, we assume services have been consumed and, therefore, the cancellation terms and policies reported at time of confirmation of each reservation will apply.
If the cancellation has been correctly proceeded and it has generated expenses, we will request proof of force majeure, via email, with the possible justifications: border closures, quarantines, special visas / insurance, PCR tests, region locks, etc; in way of waive any charges, if applicable (both flexible and non-refundable rates).
