Dear Partner,
As the world moves towards the reactivation of the Travel Industry and more countries and hotels reopen their doors, tourists are getting into their destinations with no major problems.
At Abreu online we won’t cancel any reservation in a proactive way and it is your responsibility to cancel it before check in. By the non-cancelation, we assume services have been consumed and, therefore, the cancellation terms and policies reported at time of confirmation of each reservation, will apply.
If tourists don’t arrive to their destinations/hotels, Abreu online will ask you to prove this in order to try to waive any charges.
Furthermore, due to Governments' restrictions, some services/facilities at the hotels may not be in operation. We do apologize for the inconvenience this may cause, however we can not accept any claims for these exceptional situations as they are beyond Abreu online's control.
Also note that we will not be establishing dates for the application of Force Majeure reasons and any cancellation request will need to be analysed in a case-by-case basis.
