Dear Partner, 

As the world moves towards the reactivation of the Travel Industry and more countries and hotels reopen their doors, we do need your full co-operation with the following Procedure that would prevent complaints and issues with HOTEL CLOSURES prior or during check-in: 

- When a destination isn't in any state of emergency due to COVID-19 at time of check-in, imposed by Government - relocations must be provided as per usual procedure. Clients must not be left without a suitable alternative accommodation prior or during check-in. In the event that you / your hotel does not follow up the above procedure, Abreu online will be forced to offer a suitable alternative to the passenger and we will be passing you any extras we may be incurring while re-protecting our client(s);

- When Government restrictions for COVID-19 reasons do apply during Check-in, either at the destination or at the origin of the reservation, Force Majeure would apply to this reservation and it will be cancelled FOC.
