Abreu online would like to inform that the options for preferentials requests to the hotel are already available in the Reservation System. These options contemplate occasions in which the end customer requires some kind of special attention for their stay and/or situations that the hotel should be aware of at the time of check-in.
These remarks can be chosen on the last page of the reservation process and are located under the "Book Hotel" button, under "Remarks for the Hotel (Optional)".

Please be aware that these requests can only be confirmed to the end customer upon check-in.
